Where it says e-mail/url, you can either enter your Email Address or your Website Address (if you have one). Note, this step is optional, if you enter nothing here, then no one can contact you via the tagboard.
Where it says message is of course the place you type the message you want to leave us.
Then click on GO and wait for you message to appear before closing the window.
